The Council of Canadians with Disabilities and the Canadian Association for Community Living are pleased that the federal Ministers of Justice and Health have appointed a panel to hear from Canadians about how to respond to the Supreme Court of Canada’s Carter judgement striking down the total ban on assisted suicide.
