Letter foretold Japan rampage that killed 19 disabled people

26-year-old Satoshi Uematsu stabbed nearly a third of the 150 patients at a facility for the mentally disabled
19 were killed and around 25 were injured, 20 of them seriously
Uematsu was fired from working at the facility and broke in by shattering a window
It is Japan’s deadliest mass killing in decades
Uematsu calmly turned himself in about two hours after the attack
Those killed range in ages from 19 to 70
In February, Uematsu tried to hand deliver a letter to parliament’s lower house speaker that demanded all disabled people be put to death
