Tim has lectured and consulted internationally on issues of service delivery, structure, self determination and individualized funding. Most recently, he was Chair of the 2015 International Conference Claiming Full Citizenship: Self Determination, Personalization and Individualized Funding, presented by the Center for Inclusion and Citizenship.
