The Sprout Film Festival in Kelowna, presented by Inclusion BC and the BC Self Advocacy Foundation and co-hosted by the Centre for Inclusion and Citizenship celebrates the United Nations International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Join us for an afternoon of entertaining and memorable short films featuring people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
